This is one small way we would like to thank you for helping to support local families and a business that cares about the communities in which you live and work.
For every sale of a qualifying countertop, designers are eligible for a sales reward!
Receive your payments via a convenient Surface Creations of Vermont Visa® Prepaid Card*. The Visa Prepaid Card is usable everywhere Visa Prepaid Cards are accepted. The card will be embossed with your name and it’s re-loadable — so hold on to it. Every time you sell a qualifying Surface Creations of Vermont stock color countertop, you will receive additional funds on your card. It’s that easy!
Welcome To Our Rewards Program
If you are a designer who has made a sale of an eligible countertop through Surface Creations of Vermont, Congratulations! You are already registered in our Countertop Rewards Program. If this is your first sale, someone will be reaching out to you at the next rewards cycle to confirm your information.
For every qualifying job you sell, you will be eligible for a reward. Rewards will accumulate throughout the month and the following month, rewards are tallied, approved, and added to your card. Please contact your inside sales person at Surface Creations of Vermont for the current terms and eligibility for the program. Please note that terms are subject to change without notice.
You will receive your Surface Creations of Vermont Visa Prepaid Card after you close your first Surface Creations of Vermont sale. Your first reward will arrive in the mail within 10-14 business days after you receive your email notification. Every reward thereafter will be loaded directly onto your Prepaid Card. Please keep your card safe!

If you lose your card, you can call card services at 1-800-798-4104. You will be charged a reissue fee of $10 that will be taken out of your card balance.
