Frequently Asked Questions
HOW DO I EARN LOYALTY POINTS?
A Consistent Cleaning Experience clients can earn 15 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases (see “Non-Qualifying Items” below). Points will vest and be available for redemption in your account within 30 days from your payment date. Point calculations are based upon dollars spent on qualifying purchases (see “Non-Qualifying Items” below).
There will also be special events, member offers, new services and exclusive invitations to earn even more points.
If any discounts are applied to your invoice, points will be deducted for that amount. Rewards Points are non-transferable. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.
HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?
You can check your balance and redeem your rewards points directly from our website by using the redeeming rewards form. You may also contact us via email; info@aconsistentclean.com or call 253-750-0345 to get an update on your point balance and available rewards.
Rewards points may only be redeemed for the items listed on our loyalty rewards page. They cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers toward the purchase of services. Points may only be redeemed if your account is in good standing.

DO I EARN POINTS WITH EVERY PURCHASE?
Points are only earned on money spent on services. Points are not earned from purchases of gift cards/certificates.
HOW MANY REWARDS CAN I REDEEM AT A TIME?
You may redeem one reward per month.
DO MY REWARDS POINTS EXPIRE?
Yes, your points will expire after your account is inactive for 24 months from your last date of purchase.
