WELCOME TO THE UPDATED NEWLINE SPIFF PROGRAM
The old physical form and checks have been replaced with a digital form and a reloadable Newline Visa® Prepaid Card. To receive your SPIFF, please fill out and submit the form. Your rewards will be reviewed, approved/rejected and processed once every month. Your Prepaid Card1 will arrive in the mail with your rewards already loaded on the card. Please keep your card in a safe and secure location. All future rewards will be loaded directly onto your card.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will rewards be paid out?
Rewards will be issued after your SPIFF form is submitted, reviewed, approved and processed. Please note, Newline only approves SPIFF amounts every other week, and will only approve SPIFFs once all PO’s on a claim have payment cleared on our end. You will receive an email notification every time your rewards are processed. Your first reward will arrive in the mail within 10-14 business days after you receive your email notification. Every reward thereafter will be loaded directly onto your Prepaid Card.
What POs are accepted for reward pay outs?
All POs that are under 6 months will be paid out through your Prepaid Card. Any POs older than 6 months cannot be fulfilled at this time.
What happens if I lose my card?
Please keep your card safe! If you lose your card, you can call card services at
1-833-848-5768. You will be charged a reissue fee of $10 that will be taken out of your card balance.
